Four to Go

We’re still going strong as we near the end of our 2017 Journey Critique Workshop season. As of this post, remaining sessions are:
September 13 in Woodridge
September 27 in Glen Ellyn
October 11 in Woodridge
October 25 in Glen Ellyn

We’re usually off from November through January as many of our members concentrate on National Novel Writing Month, followed by winter holidays. It’s not too late for writers intent on improving their skills to join us, though! If not, keep us in mind for 2018. Our first meeting of the new year will be on February 28, 2018.

Our first meeting of the new year will be on February 28, 2018, at the Glen Ellyn Public Library.

Settling In

We had our first 2017 session, and welcomed several new colleagues. Due to illness or family issues, we had fewer participants than originally expected. Still, it was a valuable session. We had remote participation for the first time, as one of the writers due to be critiqued was just well enough to talk on the phone. It seemed to go well.

So now we’re in it for the long haul. Going forward, meetings will either be held at the Glen Ellyn Public Library or the Woodridge Public Library. See the Schedule menu for details.
